activeadmin0.6.0+rails3.2.13在用thin或nginx+passenger跑生产模式时i18n无效的情况

在将一个activeadmin0.6.0+rails3.2.13的app部署到服务器上跑生产模式时，发现i18n选项死活不起作用了，但是用Webrick运行又一切都正常。
一顿摸索+google之后，看到了这篇帖子

虽然版本不一样，但是症状一样，觉得可能是i18n.locale的问题，于是在application.rb中加入了这句 config.i18n.locale = "zh-CN"
config.i18n.default_locale = "zh-CN" config.i18n.locale = "zh-CN"
voila! 可以了！
折腾了一个多小时，已经凌晨4点了，没有精力再去分析原因了...
2013-05-15增加：
在新增或更新model页面，提交按钮翻译不正常，以部门为例，显示"create 部门"、"update 部门"，是由于active_admin是用formtastic构造表单，所以要在i18n local文件中加入以下键值的相应内容(以en为例)：
en:
formtastic:
yes: 'Yes'
no: 'No'
create: 'Create %{model}'
update: 'Update %{model}'
submit: 'Submit %{model}'
cancel: 'Cancel %{model}'
reset: 'Reset %{model}'
required: 'required'
